I will be posting tips based on the LEAN principles that I learned from Dr. William Sears in my Wellness and Nutrition Coaching Certificate Program. I want to help adults spend their adult years enjoying their family and their retirement. I want to help adults make an impact in their world through their profession. I want to help people achieve their full potential and leave the legacy they want to leave.
