Kids to the Kitchen Mother-Child Boot Camp
A hands-on day camp designed for mothers and their children to gain practical kitchen skills and learn basic safety principles for kids helping in the kitchen. You will come away with many tips to help you involve your children in meal prep with age appropriate tasks. And it will be a blast!

About the Event
My goal is to inspire you and your child to want to prepare healthy food and have fun in the process.
REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
- Registration fee for one mom and one child
- 3 days and 3 hrs per day of instruction by Health and Nutrition Coach, Cris Bofill RN
- Each mom is welcome to bring a different child each day if desired!
- Child's utensil kit
- Ingredients for recipes
- Recipes and instructional handouts
